On December 18th, 2014, the Feast of Saint Sabbas, His Eminence Metropolitan Hilarion (Kapral) of New York and Sydney, First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia tonsured as a reader and ordained Subdeacon Aristibule Adams to the subdiaconate for the Saint Brendan Orthodox Mission. This occurred in the Chapel of the Holy Prophet Moses at Saint Nicholas Monastery in North Fort Myers, Florida.
